Senior Specialist, Recovery Liaison Duties: Assist in the review of all attorney related process and performance goals, standards, and SLA’s. Assist performance and process manager with monitoring key performance/compliance drivers to maximize attorney effectiveness. Maintain department records, reports, system, and supporting legal documents with a keen focus on timeliness and accuracy. Assist vendors, clients and other departments with inquiries and troubleshooting to resolve issues associated to accounts placed with attorney firms. Maintain, analyze, and recommend action plans and enhancements to processes. Conduct weekly conference calls with assigned attorney firms to review audit results, create action plans and remediate defects. Attend trials to testify as a witness telephonically or at the court house. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
Requirements: 1+ years’ Collections, Recovery, Surveillance, or Banking Operations experience. 1+ years’ utilizing Workflows. 1 years’ customer service. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office- previous experience using Excel - creating spreadsheets. Desired: Preferred paralegal experience. Effective interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation. Operating knowledge of PC, Windows based environment. Basic Math Skills - Arithmetic computation. Strong written communication skills. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and focus on results. Attention to detail. Proven problem solving and decision making skills. Ability to interact effectively with team members and management. Demonstrated ability to perform both as individual contributor and as a team Strong analytical skills. Innovative. Creative thinker.
