"This Firm Could Be Better"

Current Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

This firm needs to find more opportunities for employees to grow. Otherwise they will look for employment elsewhere.

Pros : I've been here for about a month now and I like the consistency so far. Employees say the work picks up after the new year but so far it's been consistent and reasonable. I also enjoy the location being right on the water. The view from my office is so pretty.
Cons : My only issue with this firm is the lack of upward mobility. There's hardly any room for growth and I never had an opportunity for a promotion. The people who work here have worked in the same position for years.
