Paralegal The candidate will support the General Counsel in corporate compliance and governance, investment advisor compliance and governance, transaction support, litigation tracking and management, risk management, and management of outside counsel. Compliance Meeting. Best Execution. Disaster Recovery Plan. Anti-Money Laundering Program. Cybersecurity. Annual Compliance Meeting. Agenda Development. Minutes and Records Maintenance.
