Supply Chain Contract Specialist The candidate will be the administrative owner of Supply Chain Contracts Central (â€œSCCCâ€) in salesforce and work closely with the Global Supply Chain Legal Team and other stakeholders from the supply chain organization to manage the lifecycle of supply chain contracts. Will guide supply chain requestors to make NDA and contract requests properly and ensure all such requests go through this process according to established policies. Route the requests for review to the correct legal counsel, and other reviewers as necessary (including tax, compliance, risk management etc.). Follow up with all the reviewers to ensure all feedback is received to meet the project timeline. Ensure all feedback from the reviewers are incorporated into the documents and everything is in order before routing for approval and signing by authorized personnel. Route the finalized contracts/NDAs for approval and signing on a timely manner. Upload the fully signed contracts into SCCC for repository. Generate reports on a regular basis based on available data in the SCCC. Assist legal counsel for the global roll-out of SCCC and interact with other supply chain functions to support process integration whenever necessary. Draft NDAs based on information provided by requestors and Weatherford NDA templates, and review and respond questions and comments relating to NDAs and escalate to legal counselâ€™s review and approval. Use Weatherford templates and information provided by requestors to draft documentation for the amendment, renewal, extension, and/or termination of existing supply chain contracts for legal counselsâ€™ review and approval. Work with legal counsel to arrange procurement contract trainings on topics such as: the contract management process, procurement T&Cs, and various supplier contract templates. Update supply chain contract templates based on legal counselâ€™s instructions and maintain supply chain contracts index and database. Work on other administration and contracts management matters as instructed by legal counsel. Must have Degree in law or business. Should have 3 years of experience of contracts or paralegal work. Advanced and/or specialized training in contracts would be advantageous. Understanding of oilfield equipment and/or services preferred. Familiar with contracts management processes and tools a plus.
