Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field. Familiarity with legal research. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be detail oriented and have great writing skills. Must have professional or educational experience in the stated fields of practice. Must be organized, confident, self-motivated, and be able to communicate well and solve problems both independently and with the help of the attorneys.
