Nashville office of our client seeks employment law attorney with 3 years of experience. The candidate will defend employers in OFCCP investigations, including against claims of systemic discrimination in employer hiring, promotion, termination, and pay processes. Will oversee privileged pay equity analyses to identify and eradicate gender and race-based pay differences for employers proactively and in response to employee complaints and agency investigations. Assist government contractor clients with the design, development and implementation of affirmative action plans. Advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination, pay equity, pre-employment testing, applicant tracking systems and hiring processes, reductions-in-force, and other federal contractor obligations. Provide proactive advice and counsel to employers on a wide range of employment laws.
