San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The candidate will be litigating, managing, and trying complex matters and working in a busy, collegial litigation group focused on expanding its strong practice. Will be slotted into existing and new litigation matters, where responsibilities will include working with other associates and partners, working in support of and developing and executing case strategies and plans, and handling all aspects of litigation (fact investigation, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, pretrial and trial work), and developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships. Litigation types include antitrust and unfair competition; construction and insurance recovery; intellectual property; labor and employment; product liability; white collar/investigations; and general commercial litigation. Must be a member of the California State Bar in good standing. Finally, previous or current employment with an Am Law 100 firm is desired.
