Sioux Falls office of our client seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will prepare correspondence and legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements. Will conduct legal research and analysis, prepare for, and attend hearings, depositions, and trials. Advise and represent clients on legal issues and disputes in courts, before government agencies, and in private legal matters. Communicate with colleagues, judges, attorneys, legal assistants, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information was handy for other attorneys, legal assistants, and support staff. Must have successful completion of the Bar exam (South Dakota). Iowa license is a plus. Spanish Speaking is a plus.
