Customer Contracts ManagerThe candidate will manage the pre-award review, drafting, negotiation, processing of customer and vendor related documents including but not limited to IT, Marketing, Fleet, RFPs and Re-Rental agreements. Assist business and technical owners from all functional areas in the negotiation and documentation of procurement contracts. Should have 4+ years of contract review related experience. College degree preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities may rely on: Complex understanding of contract terms and contract risk mitigation. Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management systems. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transactional organization that requires quick thinking and juggling multiple items at one time. Analytical, risk management skills, critical thinking, and effective communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite.
