"Law Firm that Cares"

Former Employee - Reviewed on September 09, 2017

Law firm should focus on how to keep and promote hard working employees. Having favorites in a law firm doesn't put emphasize on the value of hard work and knowledge. Leaders should be placed in workshops to provide better support to hard working staff.

Pros : The law firm has created a positive environment in which co-workers, attorneys, and leadership have attributed to the kind environment it offers. The resources available to staff and attorneys makes it accessible via technology.
Cons : There have been layoffs over the years in which many hard working staff members have lost their jobs. Sometimes leadership of the firm pays attention to certain favorite employees.
