Duties:

- Assist with structuring and negotiating tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
- Prepare and review tax-related legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Develop strategies to optimize tax positions and mitigate risks for clients.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm on multidisciplinary projects.
- Represent clients in discussions with governmental agencies regarding tax matters.
- Stay current with developments in tax law, especially as it pertains to the energy sector.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in tax law, with a focus on energy tax, tax credits, and partnership tax.
- Demonstrated experience with tax equity, tax credit transfers, project finance, and M&A.

Education:
