Entry level Paralegal - IP Docketing Department
The candidate will be entering and updating matters in docket system; processing all incoming mail/correspondence for patent docketing purposes; including mail and downloading emails and faxes; forwarding to the appropriate person for action; ensuring all filings are accounted for against daily docket reports; updating and distributing regular tracking reports. Should have a paralegal degree, paralegal certificate or be currently enrolled in a paralegal program. Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office, including Excel, is required. Experience with basic USPTO procedures or Anaqua Software is a plus. Must have exceptional organizational skills have the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines and strong computer skills and also have the ability to learn new software systems for billing and docketing. Must have excellent writing and communication skills
