Profile

Part-time Legislative Law Clerk The candidate will support attorneys working on legal and policy issues. These issues include health care, human services, employment, education, taxation, and finance. Clerks may be assigned to work on additional issues or subject areas depending on office needs during the session. Must have a law degree. Admission to the Vermont Bar or to another state bar is preferred. Excellent writing and research skills are required. Note: The law clerk positions are temporary and will run from mid- to late October 2018 until May 2019. Application deadline: August 27, 2018.
