Senior ParalegalThe candidate will be responsible for working with attorneys and senior paralegals on fund formations and ongoing fund maintenance. Will include creating fund entities, Blue Sky research and preparation of Form Ds, maintaining fund tracking spreadsheets, organizing subscription agreements and assisting with the preparation and organization of documents necessary to close funds. Must have experience in creation of corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships. Must have Bachelor’s degree. Must have excellent organization and communication skills, and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Must be able to work well independently and in a team oriented environment. Should have advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
