Legal Assistant Paralegal The candidate will organize and maintain documents in both paper and electronic filing systems. Must be proficient with e-filing in Philadelphia County as well as surrounding counties. Review and Summarize medical and legal documents. Prepare Medical Chronologies. Draft correspondence and legal documents. Prepare Deposition and Trial Binders. Coordinate Record Retrieval, Secure Medical Documents and Authorizations. Communicate with outside lawyers and outside vendors to schedule interviews, meetings and depositions. Coordinate Invoice Payment. Draft routine discovery Motions. Musrt be certified paralegal with at least 3 years experience. Familiarity with software for managing, cataloging and organizing large amounts of documents is required. Prior defense experience preferred. Should have 2/4 year College Degree.
