HR was an active hindrance to job performance; figure out why. Work on the firm's reputation in the greater legal community, as the best and brightest people will be concerned about working at a firm that might harm their future prospects.Pros : The day to day working conditions are pretty good here. They have some nice in-office perks that make it pleasant, and it felt like you had some flexibility to determine what kind of assignments you wanted to specialize in, which might be particularly valuable for younger attorneys.
