Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate shall have B.A. Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate with 5+ years of related experience in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Corporate and Tax. Should have Excellent technical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, familiarity with document management system (iManage preferred), familiarity with estate planning document management system (Interactive Legal preferred). Thorough understanding of and familiarity with related terminology, and processing all documents involved with this practice area.
