Duties:

• Handle various aspects of commercial, product liability, and employment litigation.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case development and litigation strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
• Participate in depositions, motion hearings, and court appearances.
• Contribute to case research and writing in preparation for trials.
• Engage in discussions related to case strategy and client advisory.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience in federal and state courts.
• Proven ability to manage a range of litigation matters effectively.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
• Admission to additional jurisdictions is a plus.
• Experience with commercial litigation, product liability, and employment law is preferred.
• Judicial clerkship experience is a significant advantage.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
