Qualifications: Completion of a paralegal program or equivalent education (including library science or library studies). In lieu of degree, any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to experience stated below. 3+ years of legal office or records management experience. Experience with information management systems and/or filing systems. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office forms. Knowledge of database management and spread sheets. Working knowledge of document management technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be self-directed and able to accept increasing levels of responsibility. Ability to work independently and with others. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Preferred: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree. Possess and maintains current notary public licensure. Efficiency in Adobe Acrobat forms design and management.
