Profile

Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join a team and assist with complex business litigation matters. Paralegal will be responsible for working the case from inception through resolution. Responsibilities will include: Assisting with trial preparation: drafting legal documents for attorney approval, e-filing documents with the courts, organizing trial exhibits and documents; Scheduling depositions and meetings, maintaining calendars and managing court and deposition deadlines’; Managing deposition materials and preparing deposition notices; Performing legal research; Communicating with clients, opposing counsel and court officials; Performing other related paralegal duties. Should have 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal with have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as technical abilities that include MS Word and Excel.
