Administrative and Agent Support Assistant The candidate provide support to the Management, Legal, and Marketing staff of the Southeast Regional Office. Also serve as agent support to approved attorneys, company agents and their staff and assist in risk management. 1st on phone and direct calls. Prepare prospecting and training folders for Marketing staff. Receive and process requests for prior policies. Prepare and deliver invoices to Accounting Department weekly. Track monthly payments that financed the purchase of SoftPro for Agents. Answer general underwriting questions and assist with iJacket questions. Attend weekly staff meetings presenting status on prior activities and outstanding items to be addressed. Process of monthly Agent Statements generated by Underwriting Support. Maintain Final Notice spreadsheet & deliver to Management monthly. Annual update of Underwriter Analysis spreadsheet for inclusion in Annual Reporting Package. Serve as backup to Agent Support staff by assisting with operational support as needed. Maintain client database systems established by the Company. Monitor administrator email inbox and process appropriately. Regularly update various spreadsheets and reports as requested by Operations Manager. Should have good organizational and process management skills. Must have strong written and oral communication skills. Should have solid computer skills, specifically Excel. Real estate transaction or paralegal experience preferred.
