Legal Assistant The candidate will manage calendar, email and correspondence, while proactively anticipating challenges and conflicting priorities. Exhibit strong problem-solving and project management skills to relieve executives of complex details. Maintain confidential records, files and reports. Prepare correspondence, detailed agendas with numerous inputs, presentations, documents, as needed. Responsible for CLE reporting, and maintenance of licenses and memberships and organization of forms and files. Lead role in planning, coordinating department meetings and/or events. Excellent time management skills. Coordinate travel (when necessary); prepare expense reports and ensure timely submission and accurate completion.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have 3 or more years of administrative experience in similar administrative role, or any equivalent combination of experience and training. 1 or more years directly supporting a senior leader/executive. Advanced MS Office (incl. PowerPoint)?and business software skills. Prior project management skills. Must have previous work experience utilizing knowledge of legal proceeding, courtroom proceedings and filings. Experience using expense reporting software, Oracle preferred.
