Stein Sperling has an immediate opening for an experienced trusts & estates paralegal to assist our busy and growing trusts and estates practice.

Primary job duties include meeting with clients and the supervising attorney to assist with the estate and trust administration process; communicating with estate and trust fiduciaries; reviewing estate planning documents, such as Wills and Trusts; preparing and drafting probate petitions, accountings, and financial statements; performing legal research; maintaining attorney calendars and case files; communicating with the Register of Wills Office, various courts, creditors, and third party attorneys; serving as a liaison between the client and attorney; and preparing, reviewing, and organizing estate tax returns with the accompanying supporting documentation.

Qualification and Experience Two-three years of experience and strong organizational skills is preferred.
