Job Overview: A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employment Class Action Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in employment law to manage complex class action cases and provide strategic counsel to clients.

Job Duties:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to employment class action cases.
• Develop strategies to efficiently and effectively resolve cases in favor of clients.
• Take and defend depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Formulate and present compelling arguments in wage and hour matters before courts and administrative agencies.

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, specifically in Employment Class Action law.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills with a proven ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate complex legal issues verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations.
• Adaptable and able to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Certification or specialization in Employment Law preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Deep understanding of class action litigation procedures and strategies.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of information and documents.
