Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Policy Analyst
Duties: Produce innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from complex and high-dimensional datasets. Apply knowledge of statistics, machine learning, programming, data modeling, simulation, and advanced mathematics to recognize patterns, identify opportunities, pose business questions, and make valuable discoveries leading to prototype development and product improvement. Use a flexible, analytical approach to design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms that lead to optimal value extraction from the data. Generate and test hypotheses and analyze and interpret the results of product experiments. Work with product engineers to translate prototypes into new products, services, and features and provide guidelines for large-scale implementation. May provide work leadership to junior level employees.ManTech is seeking Top Talent as an experienced Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Policy Analyst. The Open Source Intelligence Policy Analyst will: Assist in providing expert advice on all associated tasks at the operational and tactical level regarding the development of OSINT plans, policy, capabilities, doctrine, TTPs and best practices regarding OSINT and related fields (to include document and media exploitation, social media analysis, fusion of OSINT with other intelligence disciplines, and the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination process; Test, evaluate, validate and procure potential open source technologies for operational use. Prepare information/issue/decision papers seeking executive leadership approval. Inform/coordinate/obtain input on OSINT issues. Participate in, and provide meeting notes/after action reports for Operational Planning Teams (OPT), Working Groups (WG), and Cross Functional Teams (CFT). Identify, develop, and implement process standardization and improvements, as needed Participate in collaborative discussions to solve complex acquisition, systems engineering, policy and workforce gaps and issues. Individually contribute and assist the federal staff to fulfill its mission, goals and objectives Propose, develop, review, recommend, edit and adjudicate acquisition policies, processes, procedures, artifacts and guidance.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Must have JD Degree with 5-7 year experience. Experience with developing A&A policy, guidance, or procedures. Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure, Ability to use MS Office, Ability to use PC, Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills, Interpersonal and People Skills, Leadership Skills, Listening Skills, MultiTasking Ability, Oral and Written Communication Skills, Public Speaking Skills.
