Will also assist in covering the front desk/receptionist responsibilities. Responsibilities include: Managing assigned attorneys calendars, and appointments; Making travel arrangements as needed; Screening incoming client calls and correspondence and responding as necessary; Composing and preparing confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents; Creating and maintaining spreadsheet files, including use of formulas; Conducting attorney time entry and billing; Maintaining confidentiality of all firm and client matters; Performing other duties as assigned. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, bachelor's degree is preferred.

I think at the end of the day, my only advice is to hire more quality workers on and try and get the workload better split between each of us. As I've said in my cons, this is work before life and that only works for so long, for so many people.Pros : My time spent at Howard & Howard has been and surely will continue to be an amazing experience. With a friendly work environment all the way from the bottom, up to our CEO Mark Davis. It's definitely a positive experience and a great place to start out at.
