Should have experience working on healthcare regulatory compliance and transactional matters, including the following: healthcare regulatory compliance, counseling, and advice; evaluating risks in health care transactions and negotiating transactional documents; health care corporate governance, organizational structure, and strategic initiatives; health care structures, such as IPAs, ACOs, MSOs, and GPOs. The ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form is essential.
