Location:

Duties:

  • Handle diverse family law cases, including but not limited to divorce, custody, and support matters.
  • Attend in-court appearances and in-person client meetings when necessary.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and manage case materials.
  • Collaborate within a team to ensure the successful resolution of cases.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, courts, and other legal professionals.
  • Manage competing responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of family law experience, with a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
  • Active California State Bar membership, in good standing.
  • Proven ability to produce professional legal documents with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication skills for client representation and court appearances.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the state of California.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Effective case management and organizational skills.
