McLean office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent agent with 3-6 years of patent law experience. The candidate should preferably have a technical background in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, software, and telecommunications. Should have 2+ years of significant experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Should also have a post-graduate degree and experience with complex Patent Office proceedings, client counseling with opinion drafting, and/or other related patent practice experience. Must also have strong academic records. Outstanding communication skills to carry out senior conversations with Partners, Associates, Staff, and Clients are a must.
