Contracts Administrator
The candidate will draft and manage documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers, contractors, distributors or partners. Will work with sales and service teams as well as the legal department to structure contracts. Analyze contracts to ensure compliance to company policy. Prepare customer license and services contracts and agreements, non-disclosure agreements, contractor agreements and other agreements using templates drafted by Senior Counsel and under the direction and supervision of Manager and internal counsel. Facilitate the process of contract execution, including internal notification of executed contracts. Review and research existing contracts and agreements. Establish and maintain system of record keeping for contracts and agreements pursuant to company guidelines. Ensure CRF compliance with written contracting process. Perform other duties as assigned. Must have 2-3 years of related experience with 1-2 years of paralegal or equivalent experience.
