Administrative Assistant The candidate will provide administrative support to a 7 person Operations and Accounting staff. Responsible for the management of online file system for the department. Management of client files for the private family trust company. Assistance with mailing of tax documents. Maintenance of department task calendars. General administrative support as required by the team and family members. Back-up support for the Investment group. Other duties as assigned to support the department and the family.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have a High school diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a legal assistant or paralegal capacity. Familiarity with the vocabulary and document requirements for trusts and private family trust companies is preferred.Proficient with Windows Explorer file structures; experience in maintaining files in an electronic format. Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Professional. Ability to work independently, manage a wide variety of unrelated tasks and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
