Duties:

  • Advise clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and related legal issues.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys on sophisticated transactions and corporate matters.
  • Support and advise on business strategy for corporate clients across various industries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of seven years of corporate legal experience, with a focus on M&A and general corporate transactions.
  • Exceptional communication and drafting skills.
  • Proven track record of high-quality legal training at a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a client-centric approach.
  • Licensed to practice law in Nevada.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active and in good standing with the Nevada Bar.

Skills:

  • Extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
  • Superior drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex legal matters independently and collaboratively.
