Job Summary

Texas Consumer Bankruptcy law firm is seeking an experienced consumer bankruptcy attorney.

The ideal candidate will be an outcomes focused professional, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent conflict resolution skills, and be proficient in time management techniques that support the execution of high volume case loads.

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) attorneys preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Prepares the appropriate documentation for bankruptcy filings in accordance with established procedures.
  • Communicates legal details to clients in a clear and precise manner
  • Researches, retrieves and updates appropriate information in clients' case files, computer directories and discs as needed.
  • Coordinates and confirms deposition schedules with other law firms as well as field incoming inquiries regarding court related details.
  • Responds to clients in a professional manner at all times to best represent the firm and expand business.

Qualifications and Skills

Licensed to Practice Law

3 years of Consumer Bankruptcy Experience preferred


Pay Based on Experience

401K with 3% of gross pay contribution guaranteed (matching not required)
