Duties:
Advise sovereign wealth funds and institutional investors on complex international investment transactions.
Provide legal counsel on private equity and fund-related matters.
Draft and negotiate investment agreements, fund formation documents, and related contracts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks governing sovereign wealth and private equity investments.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams on strategic investment planning.
Assist with structuring and executing cross-border investment transactions.
Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in investment funds, private equity, or sovereign wealth fund transactions.
Strong background in international investment structures.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and cross-border transactions.
Education:
Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Active bar membership in at least one . jurisdiction.
Skills:
Exceptional legal research, drafting, and negotiation abilities.
Strong understanding of international investment regulations.
