Job Overview: A law firm in Washington, ., is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their team. Duties:

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Washington, . Bar, or eligibility to waive into the . Bar.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in ITC Section 337 investigations.
  • Experience in federal district court patent, trademark, or copyright litigation preferred.
  • Familiarity with international trade law and regulations.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Undergraduate technical degree preferred.
