Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys during all stages of complex litigation matters. Will help organize and manage discovery materials, and will be required to develop a strong knowledge of case strategy, facts and documents that can be leveraged to assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trials. Assist with fact checking and cite-checking motions and briefs, and will work with attorneys to analyze case materials and synthesize relevant information into memoranda, charts and timelines. Responsible for coordinating internal resources and external vendors to ensure the needs of case teams are met during all phases of litigation. Should have Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience working on complex litigation matters. IP Litigation and trial experience are required. Experience with cite-checking and using the Bluebook are highly preferred. Should have proficiency with Case Notebook and Relativity. Must meet California Standards for qualifying as a paralegal.
