Attorney II, III, or Senior The candidate will provide advice and counsel to management and multiple corporate client groups on wide range of commercial transactions and general corporate issues. Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements associated with various complex business transactions including purchases and sales, licensing, leasing, vendor services, requests for proposals, fuels and transportation, renewable energy and other project development, construction, commodity transactions, project operating and maintenance agreements, and other electric and gas utility industry-specific matters. Provide research, analysis, and general support to other in-house attorneys on variety of transactional projects.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona or ability to obtain Arizona license required. 3-5 years of prior experience in law firm or corporate setting in commercial transactions, and legal research and writing required. Superior academic record and excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills required.
