The candidate will advise commercial and noncommercial educational broadcasters, trade associations, American Indian Tribes, technology companies, and broadband and e-commerce providers on a wide array of matters before the FCC, including licensing, spectrum auctions, rulemakings, program content, forfeitures, and consent decrees. Should preferably have experience working with non-profit entities. A book of business is welcome. Background in administrative law/federal regulatory agencies essential. License to practice law in any state essential.
