Trusts and Estates Paralegal The candidate must have 3-5 years' experience in a tax or trust and estates department of a law firm. Should have strong experience drafting trust and estate documents, knowledge of post death trust administration and experience preparing statutory notices, county assessor notices, allocation of assets to sub trusts and implementation of allocation is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, professionalism and attention to detail also required. Must have a four-year college degree or equivalent and ABA approved paralegal certificate.

"Lots of room for improvement"

I would of liked to see management make sure that everyone really enjoys their work first and foremost. I would then like to see management replace a few of the current attorney's working in the office with professionals that actually enjoy their work.

Pros : I thought that the pay was great and the benefits were great as well. I formed some good relationships with some of the interns that were there as well. Health insurance was excellent as well.
Cons : I felt as though many of my coworkers did not enjoy their work and this showed in the way that they treated the front desk staff and interacted with their other coworkers.
