Trusts and Estates Paralegal The candidate must have 3-5 years' experience in a tax or trust and estates department of a law firm. Should have strong experience drafting trust and estate documents, knowledge of post death trust administration and experience preparing statutory notices, county assessor notices, allocation of assets to sub trusts and implementation of allocation is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills, professionalism and attention to detail also required. Must have a four-year college degree or equivalent and ABA approved paralegal certificate.
