San Diego office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks employment law and business litigation associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience with both individual and class/representative employment litigation. The candidate will assume a major role in employment litigation and counseling in a wide range of employment cases. Will manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial. Have extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel. Assist with workplace investigations. Draft and respond to correspondence. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar. Wage and hour class action/PAGA experience highly preferred.
