Full Job Description Seeking an of counsel with 3 - 8 years of experience to join a growing law practice that can handle contracts, M&A, assert purchases, securities matters for publicly and privately held smallcap or startup companies and others. This position will involve working on Delaware and California matters. Qualified candidates must have extensive M&A/transactional experience in addition to general corporate and contract counseling experience. The ideal candidate also will have sophisticated document drafting skill, a desire and the ability to manage transactions and complex projects. The candidate must have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, coupled with a desire to be part of a fast-paced, growing and collaborative environment. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the California Bar. Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $50.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Bonus pay License/Certification: California Bar license.
