Patent Attorney The candidate will be responsible for drafting and globally prosecuting patent applications in the chemical and material sciences, particularly in polymers, as well as occasionally preparing invalidity, infringement, and freedom-to-operate analyses. Should have degree in Chemistry. Must also be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and have domestic and international prosecution experience. Should also be admitted to a State Bar.
