E-Discovery Manager The candidate will identify, preserve, collect, process, analyze, review, and produce electronically stored information. Coordinate all technical aspects of e-discovery related activity. Act as a liaison between requestors, technical teams, outside counsel, and internal stakeholders, including legal team and management. Responsible for ESI management issues, budget status, and production planning. Create, maintain, and revise Electronic Data Discovery and ESI preservation policies. Advise legal team on technology options to respond to specific discovery needs, including recommending products to perform early case assessment, document search, document reviews, and productions. Monitor and respond to changes to discovery regulations and emerging e-discovery litigation support technology and processes. Oversee creation of statistical reports providing information on collection, filtering, processing, review, and productions. BA/BS degree from accredited college or university required; JD degree or litigation-support practice experience preferred. 7+ years’ experience in managing e-discovery projects or relevant field (computer forensics, IT security, or technical documentation) required. Certification in e-discovery program preferred. Extensive experience with at least one of the following: Legal Hold Pro, Exterro, Clearwell, Summation, Concordance, Relativity, or other e-discovery platform software.
