The firm should work on having events in which more staff would be open to participating. Retreats, potlucks, or meet and greets would seem like a great way to be able to meet more of the staff which has not met other staff and employees in the office.Pros : A law firm in which staff and employees work alongside together and have created a pleasant environment. The firm offers benefits. The staff is respectful.
