ProfileTrust and Estates Legal Assistant The candidate will prepare documents, prioritize work assignments and meet deadlines. Maintain paper and electronic client records in compliance with current policies. Assist in coordinating timekeeper calendars, event registrations, expense reports, travel, and meeting arrangements. Prepare and process email and mail. Provide administrative support, assisting with new client/matter intake process and communicating effectively with clients and others in the firm. Aid attorneys with managing client trust accounts. Must have Bachelorâ€™s degree. Should have 5+ years of experience providing legal administrative support. Prior experience in a law firm specializing in Trust and Estate practice is desired. Strong computer skills including advanced experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat is needed.
