"Good stepping stone"

Former Employee - Reviewed on September 09, 2017

Stop treating the office like a fiefdom. The path to advancement needs a better definition. As of now it is just seems completely unreachable.

Pros : The billable hour
Cons : The partners treat the associates horribly. Office politics and drama are really distracting. There isn't much mentoring or training going on.
