Real Estate Paralegal The candidate responsibilities will include: Drafting of real estate correspondence; Tracking, monitoring, and calendaring all relevant dates; Preparation of deeds and supporting documents; Preparation of statements of sale; Online title research at various registries of deeds websites; Drafting preliminary title documents and amending them; Assisting with disbursements, reviewing, recording and filing of closing documents; Maintaining files on an ongoing basis; General administrative duties dictated by attorneysâ€™ needs. Must have Bachelorâ€™s degree from accredited university. Should have 3+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience with a focus on real estate transactions. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word is required. Experience with TABS is preferred.
