Research Compliance Manager The candidate will manage research compliance matters, including those related to biosafety, financial conflicts of interest, export controls, research with human and animal subjects, and responsible conduct of research. Directly report to the Vice Provost of Research and frequently works with staff members in the Office of Sponsored Research and Programs, the Office of the General Counsel, the university’s safety officer, and other related positions. Must have a Bachelor’s degree or a Paralegal with a strong background in federal regulations. Should have 5-7 years of experience in the field of research administration. Experience in higher education is preferred. Familiarity with regulatory committees such as IRBs, biosafety, IACUC, and with general expectations for responsible conduct of research (RCR) is needed.
