Mid-level Corporate Paralegal - Mergers and Acquisition The candidate will be creating closing binders, doing precedent searches, creating signature pages, forming merger subsidiaries. Will be organizing / maintaining data rooms on sell-side deals, creating and maintaining working group lists, searching public information on potential counter-parties, in addition to other assignments as needed. A Bachelor's degree and a Paralegal Certificate required, with 3+ years of experience in a large law firm corporate group. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment will be required. Must be organized, detail oriented and have solid PC proficiency including familiarity with Excel and Word.
