Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in federal and international tax disputes, including transfer pricing.

  • Advise clients on tax controversies and assist in developing strategies for resolution.
  • Prepare and present oral arguments before tax authorities and in federal court.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to manage complex cases.
  • Stay current with tax law and regulation changes to provide accurate and timely advice.
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and settlement discussions.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in federal and international taxation, including transfer pricing.
  • Strong knowledge of federal tax laws and experience in tax controversy and litigation.
  • Exceptional oral advocacy, legal research, organizational, and writing skills.
  • Energetic and collaborative personality with a keen interest in tax law.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex team environment.

Education:

Certifications:

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (CO preferred).

Skills:
