Corporate Paralegal The candidate will work closely with lawyers in the companyâ€™s legal department and other professionals throughout the organization. Responsibilities will include: managing general corporate housekeeping and recordkeeping requirements, including managing the minute books and annual filing requirements in various jurisdictions for multiple legal entities; assisting with due diligence and closings on corporate transactions; assisting with preparation and filing of UCC and SEC filings; and providing other general paralegal and administrative support to the legal department. Should have 5+ years of experience gained in either a major law firm or in house legal department. Should possess the required experience, along with a bachelors degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail.
